The Board of Adjustment of Alpine City will hold a meeting on Thursday, May 13,
2010 at 7:00 pm in the Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main, Alpine, Utah for the purpose
of hearing (1) appeals from land use decisions applying or interpreting the land use
ordinances and/or (2) requests for variances to the Alpine City Zoning Ordinance as
follows:
1. Mr. Bruce Parker at 3007 E. Cruise Way in Salt Lake City, Utah, on behalf of the
property owners of the Beck property (approximately 81 acres adjacent to the
proposed Three Falls Ranch PRD Subdivision), has filed an appeal on the Alpine
City Planning Commission’s decision of November 17, 2009, which granted a
revised preliminary approval to the proposed Three Falls Ranch PRD Subdivision
located at the north end of Fort Canyon in Alpine, Utah.
2. Approve the minutes of January 14, 2010.

Alpine city resides in a scenic location in the cove of the mountain. The alpine cove is an especially popular area for large home owners.
