•5th: Brake for Breakfast - Sponsored by The Health Cooperative (THC) and Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. Thirteen hospitals, all members of The Hospital Cooperative, and Health West Clinics have joined forces to raise breast cancer awareness. Held from 7am to 10 am at the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital Nursing Home Portico on 5th Street.
•15th: "We're Grateful!" Banquet at the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital at (208) 847-1630.
•29th: "The Haunted History and Lore of Logan Canyon." at 7:30 pm. Celebrate Halloween with Stokes Nature Center! Daniel Bishop, the Storyteller, is back again, this time interpreting the Lore of Logan Canyon. Ever wondered about the witch of the wind caves or what really happened at St. Anne's Retreat, or is there something big hiding in the blue waters of Bear Lake? These stories and more will be told at this spooky event. Beware: this program's content may be scary and may not be suitable for young children.
•TBA: Annual Montpelier Parks & Recreations Pumpkin Walk, Montpelier Lions Park. 5 pm - 9 pm. Awards given for various categories.
