Utah land is available in many locations along with Wasatch front.  Utah land is valued in many different ways.  The most common way to value Utah Land is by acre, then by SQFT.  It is important for you to evaluate the water rights that come with a parcel of property.  Utah Water rights are very, very valuable.  Water rights in the great state of Utah can be worth more than the property.  When a property is sold during the growing season, the seller retains the crop, unless negotiated differently.  Utah Land can be a very complicated matter.  Call me to help you navigate the complicated Utah Land situations that come from trying to select Utah Land on your own.
